Terms of Service
1. Service description
EmployedAt is a job search platform that aggregates publicly available, English-language job listings from employer career pages and public job boards. We make these listings searchable in one place for international professionals in Germany.
2. User obligations
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree not to use the platform for automated scraping, spamming, or any activity that disrupts normal operation.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Intellectual property
Job listing content is sourced from third-party employers and applicant tracking systems. EmployedAt does not claim ownership of listing content. The EmployedAt name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
4. Disclaimer
EmployedAt aggregates job listings from external sources. We are not the employer and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any employment relationship that may result from your use of the platform.
Listings are provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot verify every detail of every listing.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmployedAt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data loss, or service interruption.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
