We are looking for a Working Student to join our Supply Chain & Operations team and help us scale 40 to 100+ studios across Germany!

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of daily operations—not just observe, but execute. You’ll be the engine behind procurement, inventory accuracy, and equipment maintenance tracking, working across tools like Asana, NetSuite, MaintainX, and Airtable. If you want hands-on experience in a fast-scaling company where your work directly impacts studio openings and day-to-day performance.

You will:

• Process incoming procurement orders from studio manager, ensuring fast ticket resolution and proactive follow-up on open orders
• Support inbound and outbound goods in the ERP system, keeping warehouse stock levels.
• Keep SKU and inventory records in Inventory Management System  in sync with ERP system  to ensure full data accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries and returns end-to-end, keeping studio managers and warehouse teams aligned and issues resolved proactively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit invoices to accounting on schedule.
• Support the evolution of our logistics operations, analyse current flows and bring ideas that help us scale smarter.
• Analyse stock levels and warehouse flows to identify excess inventory and bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements that keep pace with our expansion.

 

You have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field
• First working experience in a structured, fast-paced environment—consulting, logistics, a high-growth start-up, or a company with physical assets
• A detail-oriented, organised mindset—you keep data clean, processes on track, and tasks moving
• Comfort picking up new tools quickly (we work across Asana, NetSuite, MaintainX, and Airtable)
• A proactive communication style—you align stakeholders, surface blockers early, and follow up without being asked
• Fluent English German language is plus
