We are looking for a hands-on and structured Media Manager with focus on Audio (all genders) to join our Brand Activation & Media Management Team of 11 passionate professionals. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and growing our audio advertising activities, with a strong focus on podcast advertising and selected other audio-related channels. From strategy and investment planning to partner management, campaign execution and performance optimization, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on one of our most important brand-building channels. Working closely with a broad network of internal and external partners, you will help unlock new opportunities, drive innovation and continuously elevate our audio presence.
Beyond audio, you will contribute to selected offline media channels and support the measurement, analysis and optimization of media performance across campaigns. This role offers high visibility across the organization, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to work alongside our Team Lead Media Management in shaping the future of our media landscape. Your Role
- Own and drive the audio advertising strategy with a strong focus on podcast advertising and including radio-related activities. Responsibilities include annual planning and forecasting, budget ownership and allocation, booking and negotiation, partner briefing, timeline and performance management, as well as cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g. podcast sales houses, media agencies, brand partners, retail media team, Country Managers).
- Provide strategic input on selected offline channels (TV, OOH, Print) and other media-management-related areas in line with the overall brand and media strategy.
- Lead measurement, analysis, and reporting of audio and media performance to generate insights and continuously optimize media investments and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Brand team to integrate podcast campaigns into large-scale 360° marketing and brand initiatives.
Your Profile
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with a structured approach to multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Hands-on mindset: comfortable taking ownership of both operational and strategic tasks.
- Experience in offline media channels (TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts, or Offline Activations).
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Excel and reporting tools.
- Reliable, structured, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced and high-stake environment.
- Resilient and able to maintain a calm, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring transparency and reliability in stakeholder management.
- Fluency in German and English.

- Exposure to Audio / Podcast marketing, especially in the DACH region, Poland or the Netherlands.
