- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve operations-related issues
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of client hardware and operating systems, phones and applications.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of server hardware, VMs, operating systems and applications.
- Ensure backups for site are running correctly.
- Work with infrastructure team to Perform routine infrastructure maintenance activities, including patch management, firmware upgrades, and system backups as required.
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Client hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
- Nice to have - Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
- Nice to have - Experience configuring and managing network technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, as well as cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Nice to have - Familiar with IT security principles and best practices, including network security, access controls, and vulnerability management.
- Nice to have - Confident knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis tools to proactively detect and remediate infrastructure issues.
- English plus local language.
